Welcome to the magical world of chocolate! In this course you will learn to make your own chocolates – so fresh and delicious they melt on your tongue. You will learn the basic techniques that will allow you to make chocolates at home. Mold chocolate cups/shells and dip chocolate balls. Make a variety of fillings / ganache og truffle. Decorate your chocolates. Elin Blindheim ran her own chocolate shop on Svalbard until 2017. The course runs from 7 pm Monday to 3pm Thursday. Price: Course: 3950 NOK. Materials: 700-800 NOK. Room and board for three days: 3150NOK.
